Paul Andrew Lawrence has photographed the National Forest in Alaska where the Chugach national Forest is one of the largest National Forest in the country. It includes the Chugach Mountains and much of Prince William Sound with glaciers and fjords, remote mountain tops and distant glaciers. In the summer tourist from all over the world come to see and experience the scenic sites of the great state of Alaska and cruise the waters of College Fjord and see the many glaciers of the Chugach National Forest.
Global warming and the change in the weather the last 20 years is changing the Chugach National Forest as the glacier are receding and getting thinner as less snow and rain fall throughout the year and a slight warmer air temp. though out the year. Out National Forest is changing. The effect of global warming in the Chugach National Forest can also be seen in the Tongass National Forest.
